Wow, is it really February all ready? I have a feeling this year is going to fly by again.
I’m finding it hard to believe that I’m in the middle of winter here in Connecticut, because it was 60 degrees outside today… what?! I took advantage and went for a long run outside. It felt amazing. There have only been a few cold days so far this year so I have been super lucky to be able to continue to run outside. It’s much needed because I am training for a half marathon and running on the treadmill just kind of sucks!
I don’t have any food photos today, because my camera battery needs a charging.. and it’s currently doing so.
Breakfast: Oatmeal and a banana
Snack: Fruit Smoothie
Lunch: Chicken Salad from a place in town (so yummy)
Snack: some raw veggies with ranch
Dinner: Chicken and steamed veggies
Workout was a 4 mile run around town.. parks are so damn small in Greenwich, so after a few laps around the park I headed through downtown and back.
This evening I went to the gym did a little workout before yoga… this is the workout:

That’s about as good as my February 1st could have gotten I’d say :) It’s the month of love, and even though I don’t have a love, I LOVE LOVE LOVE!
